“Part of the Band” is a fun, feel-good song inspired by a memorable moment at one of Jake on the Lake’s live shows. A regular attendee known as Mr. Twisty, or Mr. Twirly, who is known for his popular dance videos on TikTok, joined the band for a group photo and jokingly said, “I’m part of the band.” That moment inspired a song about unforgettable connections, and the memories made along the way.
